ASF Sponsor Levels and Benefits
Signature Sponsor ($100,000 and above):
• A Signature Sponsor Night where the entire house will be made available for the Sponsor and his/her guests – all tickets will be complimentary and the Sponsor will be able to fill either the Festival or the Octagon with his/her guests. ASF will provide a cocktail reception with hors d’oeuvres before the show.
• Permanent recognition of the signature Sponsor with his/her name on Octagon Lobby Wall that is seen from the Patrons’ Lobby.
• Recognition on a banner at the entrance of the ASF box office.
• Recognition on the Sponsor Board in the Grand Lobby.
• Recognition in every Cast List.
Leading Sponsor ($50,000 - $99,999):
• Selection of the show in the 2011-2012 Season you wish to Sponsor
• A total of 160 sponsor benefit tickets to be used throughout the Season
• A special ASF recognition night cocktail /heavy hors d’oeuvres reception followed by a show for up to 80 of your guests and clients (You may use all 160 of your tickets for this event and reimburse ASF for the extra 80 guests at the cocktail reception.)
• Leading Sponsorship credits in local, regional, and national publicity releases
• Plus Parnter benefits
Principal Sponsor ($37,500 - $49,999):
• Selection of the show in the 2011-2012 Season you wish to Sponsor
• A total of 120 sponsor benefit tickets to be used throughout the Season
• A special ASF recognition night cocktail /heavy hors d’oeuvres reception followed by a show for up to 60 of your guests and clients (You may use all 160 of your tickets for this event and reimburse ASF for the extra 80 guests at the cocktail reception.)
• Leading Sponsorship credits in local, regional, and national publicity releases
• Plus Partner benefits
Sponsor ($25,000 - $37,499):
• Selection of the show in the 2011-2012 Season you wish to Sponsor
• A total of 80 sponsor benefit tickets to be used throughout the Season
• A special ASF recognition night cocktail /heavy hors d’oeuvres reception followed by a show for up to 40 of your guests and clients (You may use all 80 of your tickets for this event and reimburse ASF for the extra 40 guests at the cocktail reception.)
• Sponsorship credits in local, regional, and national publicity releases
• Plus Partner benefits
Contributing Sponsor ($18,500 - $24,999)
• Selection of the show in the 2011-2012 Season you wish to Co-Sponsor
• A total of 60 sponsor benefit tickets to be used throughout the Season
• A special ASF recognition night cocktail /heavy hors d’oeuvres reception followed by a show for up to 30 of your guests and clients (You may use all 60 of your tickets for this event and reimburse ASF for the extra 30 guests at the cocktail reception.)
• Contributing Sponsorship credits in local, regional, and national publicity releases
• Plus Partner benefits
Co-Sponsor ($12,500 - $18,499)
• Selection of the show in the 2011-2012 Season you wish to Co-Sponsor
• A total of 40 sponsor benefit tickets to be used throughout the Season
• A special ASF recognition night cocktail /heavy hors d’oeuvres reception followed by a show for up to 20 of your guests and clients (You may use all 40 of your tickets for this event and reimburse ASF for the extra 20 guests at the cocktail reception.)
• Co-Sponsorship credits in local, regional, and national publicity releases
• Plus Partner Benefits
Partner ($5,000 - $12,499)
• Ticket discounts for your employees to ASF shows
• Recognition as an ASF partner in materials printed by ASF for the season - full-color subscription brochures, cast lists, and handouts distributed to half a million people
• Lobby recognition highlighting your (company’s) name that will be seen by more than 200,000 theatregoers and visitors each year
• Recognition on ASF’s website
• Use of the Patrons’ Room and theatre lobby, as available
